Our Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest has begun! All of our classrooms' pumpkins are displayed in our computer area now--make sure to take a trip down the hall to see them in person!

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 26TH is Classroom Pumpkin Carving Day! Send your child to school wearing orange to celebrate! And keep your eye out for the pumpkin displays later this week and vote for your favorite!

The Scholastic Book Fair is Back!

​It's that time of year again....
The Scholastic Book Fair is on it's way! Starting this Friday, October 28TH, the book fair will be set up in our lobby with plenty of books for every age, from infants to adults. You can also buy books online TODAY and through November 7TH. Be sure to check out our lobby and hallways for plenty of fun pirate-themed crafts and decorations to accompany this year's book fair theme-- "Bookaneer Book Fair: Where books are the treasure!"

Future Scholars Picture Days are next week! From 8:30AM-11:30AM on Thursday and Friday, October 20Th and 21ST, Teddybear Portraits will be here to take student portraits. 
  • Thursday, October 20TH: Rooms 1, 5, 9, and 10
  • Friday, October 21ST: Rooms 11, 12, and 6
Don't forget to come back later in the day to view and purchase your child's portraits!

Discovering Trees

This month our classrooms are starting their first "Study" of the year--The Tree Study. Some of our Toddler and Preschool students ventured outside to observe the trees around our school and to collect leaves, branches, and acorns.
