Parents, please don't forget that all children aged 6 months thorough 5 years old are required by the state to have at least one dose of the flu vaccine no later than December 31, 2017. If your child does not receive the flu shot by then, they will unfortunately be excluded from our program in the new year until they receive the vaccine.
There are still two Flu Shot Thursdays, flu shot vaccine clinics provided by the Burlington County Health Department, before the end of the year:
If your child has already received the flu shot, but you have not yet brought in proof, please do so as soon as possible. If you aren't able to attend any remaining Flu Shot Thursdays dates and you need help locating a facility to give your child the flu shot, please see management and we would be happy to help.
If your child is medically or religiously exempt from receiving the flu vaccine, we still need documentation from you by Dec. 31ST. Accepted documentation is a doctor's note for medical exemptions or a letter written and signed by you, citing your religious affiliation for religious exemptions.
