Tonight will only be the third night of Hanukkah (also known as the Festival of Lights), but the spirit of the Holiday is already filling the classrooms here at Future Scholars. Our students have been reading Hanukkah books, spinning dreidels, and making lots of crafts like the ever-popular handprint menorah.
The Kindergarten class had some extra Hanukkah fun yesterday when they made their own latkes--potato pancakes, which are traditionally served on Hanukkah.
Take a look at some more photos of the Hanukkah crafts and activities our classes have been enjoying these past few days, and be sure to check back because we will adding more photos as the 8-day Holiday continues!
