Fire Prevention Day was a blast!
This morning the Hainesport Fire Company visited Future Scholars to teach students about fire prevention and safety. They demonstrated the sound of a smoke detector, explained the protective (and heavy!) clothing that a firefighter wears, allowed us to take a peak inside one of their fire engines, and of course reminded everyone to STOP, DROP, AND ROLL!
